Oreo certainly wasn't "made" to run but does the show stance thing all the time and mostly on his own- standing on the back porch, standing in the back yard, etc.. Go back to where you got him and start there. Was it from a breeder or a rescue group. Sometimes you just have to track backwards. Give us a starting place and we could always make it a group project.
We got him from a pound branch office. The "home" pound is located in Cuba, Illinois. I have already called the girl I first talked to about him, and she was going to talk to someone else in the main office to see if the person who brought him in had any papers for him. No luck so far.
